Use of the App
BabiDay is a baby tracking application designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to track feeding, sleep, diaper changes, and growth measurements for your baby.
Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into BabiDay. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, iCloud issues, or app deletion. We recommend keeping regular backups of your important data.
Medical Disclaimer
BabiDay is a tracking and logging tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical questions about your baby's health.
Limitation of Liability
BabiDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
