By downloading, installing, or using Floathing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Description of Service
Floathing provides floating widget functionality using iOS Picture-in-Picture technology. Features include:
- Timer and Stopwatch widgets
- World Clock and Countdown
- Sticky Notes and Reference Images
- Teleprompter (Premium)
- Speedometer (Premium)
- System Metrics monitoring (Premium)
4. In-App Purchases
Some features require a premium subscription or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your Apple ID settings.
- Monthly subscription: Auto-renews each month
- Annual subscription: Auto-renews each year
- Lifetime purchase: One-time payment for permanent access
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the speedometer feature while operating a vehicle
- Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of speedometer readings (for reference only)
- Accuracy of system metrics data
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
