1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the IDIDIT app ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the IDIDIT app.
2. Modifications to the App
MECreative is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
3. Data Usage and Security
The IDIDIT app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could compromise your phone's security features and mean that the IDIDIT app won't work properly or at all.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
IDIDIT may offer premium features which are accessible via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, layout design (including Neobrutalism UI style elements), database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to MECreative. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
6. Limitation of Liability
MECreative accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
